BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 600 block of West View Road, being on the southwest line of West View Road northwest of Mountain View Avenue. An unplatted tract, being the property described in deed book 3811, page 899, ROHC, and part of the property described as Tract 1 in deed book 3750, page 58, ROHC. Said tract and part of tract form one tract beginning on the southeast line of West View Road some 187.15 feet northwest of the intersection of the southwest line of West View Road with the northwest line of Mountain View Avenue, thence southwest 236.67 feet, thence northwest 253.52 feet, thence northeast 84.18 feet, thence northwest some 864 feet, thence northeast some 573 feet, thence northeast some 80 feet, thence southeast some 54 feet, thence northeast some 126 feet to the southwest line of West View Road,thence southeast and northeast some 1050 feet with West View Road to the point of beginning.
